Bob was a great guy & a great friend. We had a lot of fun & occasionally got into a little trouble extending until well after graduation. He went to Wisconsin to play for Milt Bruhn and came back lean, athletic and sporting 20+" biceps. He had obviously worked hard in Madison. I did not know of Buffy's passing until well after and was very sad to hear of it! I had long thought of Bob as being relatively indestructable. Anyone who knew him well knew that he was a really sweet & thoughtful guy. I am sorry that I had not seen him in quite a while. He is missed.

Bob and I were friends our first two years. We then followed different paths. I had hoped to see him again, but that never happened. I never would have recognized him by the picture.

Bob was quite a guy.  He always had that devilish smile and was always ready to get it on with anyone from Proviso.  He was a good friend and I'm very sorry to hear of his passing.  My condolences to his family.

Bob and I lived across the street from each other and went to O W Holmes grade school together. We spend summers riding our bikes around the neighborhood. We went in different directions when we went to OPRF but we always said "hi" when we passed in the halls. He was a great guy and he will be missed by many. I have fond memories of many happy summers just riding bikes. The good old days
