Rest well my friend. So many great laughs shared with you in school. Hope there are "scarps and sconces" in heaven.

Jim was a great friend and I miss him.  When he was at St Thomas, I crashed at his apt (Swamp) who he shared with a bunch of other guys from OPRF & Fenwick.  It was a crazy time.  Jim was a pro at the Scandinavian smorgasborgs lining his pockets with plastic bags to take back chicken legs to the swamp.

Always a funny guy, always up for a good time.  He was a loyal and dear friend.

It's hard to say goodbye to someone l've known since the first grade. Jim was a great guy.  He always seemed to be laughing or smiling.  My sympathy to his family.

Jim and I spent my 19th birthday at Lennon's tap on Madison near Central (no ID's). Ended up talking ( Jim in a thick brogue) to some elder of Chicago's finest. One was the father of a friend that lived a block away from me in my old neighborhood. They ended up giving us a ride home. Jim stayed in character with the brogue the entire night. Needless to say we weren't feeling any pain and needed that ride home. Have plenty of great memories of Jim from school to camping up high in Yosemite to hundreds of bars and adventures in between.
A great guy to all.
