U. Of Wis. Graduate 1967, studied at Oxford U., England and Cornell U., Ithaca, N.Y. Great loyal friend, great humor, witty, wealth of knowledge on a multitude of subjects outside of academics.
Mike was a very exceptional guy who loved to laugh. .He provided more than a few laughs as a fellow member of James Elander's 226,, the homeroom from hell. He shared along with myself and about a dozen others, a real kick out of trying to drive old marcelle head out of his head. Mike was as good as any and better than most in alll sorts of ways. I frequently recall Mike, myself and the late Kevin Farrell, the Duke of Bilgewater painting houses one summer The gig didn't last long but the memory of the fun we had is still very real.
